Job Summary:
The Student Success Officer plays a key role in supporting students throughout their academic journey by providing guidance, resources, and support to ensure their academic and personal success. This role involves working closely with students, faculty, and administrative teams to improve student engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for student support and success initiatives.

Monitor student academic progress and identify at-risk students.

Offer personalized counseling and support to help students overcome challenges.

Organize workshops, seminars, and orientation programs to support student development.

Collaborate with faculty to address student performance and behavioral concerns.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress reports.

Promote awareness of campus resources such as career services, counseling, and academic advising.

Gather feedback from students and suggest improvements to enhance the student experience.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in academic advising, student affairs, or support services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathetic, student-focused approach with the ability to manage sensitive situations.

Proficiency in MS Office and student management systems (e.g., ERP or CRM tools).

Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
