Key Responsibilities:
- User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and identify pain points.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to create personas and user journey maps.
- Design low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
- Develop visually appealing UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and design principles.
- Ensure responsive and adaptive designs for various devices and screen sizes.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver user-centric designs.
- Act as a bridge between design and development to ensure seamless implementation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Advocate for design consistency, usability, and accessibility across projects.
- Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure scalability and consistency in projects.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Knowledge Areas:
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and design for inclusivity.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
