Job Summary:
The Civil Project Manager will lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception through to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Job Description:
ü Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
ü Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
ü Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and progress updates to stakeholders.
ü Monitor project expenditures and financial performance.
ü Manage procurement and supply of materials and resources.
ü Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.
ü Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
ü Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in civil project management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Skills required:
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
