Position Overview:
AIC RAISE is looking for a dynamic and proactive Program Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end management and coordination of the MBA (IEV) Program. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of AIC RAISE's incubation ecosystem into the academic structure of the MBA IEV program while handling operational, administrative, and reporting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Incubation & Startup Ecosystem Integration
Facilitate active engagement of students with startups, incubator programs, and entrepreneurship-related events at AIC RAISE.
Coordinate startup immersions, mentoring sessions, demo days, and ecosystem connects.
Align incubation offerings such as investor connects, masterclasses, fireside chats, and funding access programs with the MBA (IEV) academic calendar.
Enable student participation in national and international startup summits.
2. Academic Coordination & Delivery
Collaborate with academic faculty to align program outcomes with startup exposure and entrepreneurial learning.
Coordinate guest lectures, case-based workshops, and hands-on sessions with founders and domain experts.
Support in managing capstone projects, problem-solving workshops, and startup challenges for students.
Ensure timely communication and scheduling of classes, mentor connects, and evaluation milestones.
3. Administrative & Reporting Duties
Maintain structured documentation of weekly sessions, student participation, assignments, and feedback.
Support the preparation of monthly progress reports, performance summaries, and evaluation documents.
Coordinate with the internal accounts and operations team for reporting, payments, and faculty honorariums.
Serve as the liaison between AIC RAISE, Rathinam College management, and external stakeholders for all matters related to the MBA IEV program.
Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in academic program coordination, startup ecosystem management, or incubation.
Familiarity with startup ecosystems, incubator programs, and entrepreneurship education will be an advantage.
