Role Summary
The Admission Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies to increase student admissions. The role focuses on lead generation, brand visibility, and conversion, working closely with admissions, digital marketing, and outreach teams.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement admission marketing strategies to achieve enrollment targets

Generate, track, and convert student leads through online and offline channels

Coordinate with admission counselors to improve lead conversion rates

Manage digital marketing activities (social media, campaigns, ads, website leads)

Organize and oversee school visits, seminars, fairs, roadshows, and events

Develop promotional materials (brochures, creatives, presentations)

Monitor and analyze admission data, campaign performance, and ROI

Build and maintain relationships with schools, agencies, and partners

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission & marketing reports
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field

MBA (Marketing) preferred

Experience in education marketing/admissions is an added advantage
Experience

3–6 years of experience in admission marketing, education sales, or marketing management
