Job Overview:
The Conventional Hall Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the conventional hall, ensuring smooth and efficient running of events, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Event Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and oversee events held in the conventional hall.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance and ensuring all event requirements are met.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to facilitate event needs.
Staff Management:
- Supervise and manage a team of staff members, including event coordinators and custodial staff.
- Schedule and assign tasks to staff, ensuring adequate coverage for events.
- Conduct training and provide ongoing support to staff.
Facility Management:
- Ensure the conventional hall is clean, well-maintained, and ready for events.
- Monitor and address any maintenance or repair needs.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including furniture and equipment arrangements.
Marketing and Promotion:
