We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead - Corporate Relations to develop and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, industry leaders, and governmental agencies. This role is responsible for enhancing the organisation's brand reputation, driving strategic partnerships, and ensuring effective communication to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Relations & Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners, industry bodies, and government entities.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration.
- Represent the organization in corporate meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
2. Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align corporate relations strategies with business goals.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that add value to the organization.
3. Brand Management & Communications
- Develop and execute corporate communication strategies to enhance brand reputation.
- Oversee public relations efforts, media engagement, and crisis communication strategies.
- Ensure consistency in corporate messaging across various communication channels.
4. CSR & Sustainability Initiatives
- Develop and manage corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and initiatives.
- Engage with NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders to drive sustainability efforts.
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Monitor and report on corporate relations activities and their impact on business goals.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate relations, business development, or stakeholder management.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in CSR, sustainability, and public relations is a plus.
