Position Overview:
The ICT Lab Assistant will support the smooth operation and maintenance of the Information and Communication Technology labs, ensuring that students, faculty, and staff have access to necessary resources and a well-maintained environment for learning and research. The assistant will help in the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ICT equipment, assist with lab activities, and provide general support for the smooth functioning of the lab.
Key Responsibilities:

Lab Maintenance:

Ensure all lab equipment, including computers, projectors, printers, and other ICT devices, are functioning properly.

Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware in the lab.

Perform routine checks and upgrades on all ICT systems and devices.

User Support:

Provide assistance to students and faculty using the lab facilities.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with hardware or software.

Provide technical assistance during classes, workshops, or practical sessions.

Lab Setup:

Qualifications:
