Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Impact Manager with an MBA background to lead the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of institutional, social, or project-based impact. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing outcomes, driving improvement, and ensuring that strategic initiatives create measurable value for the institution and its stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement impact assessment frameworks aligned with organizational goals.

Monitor KPIs and outcomes for academic, social, or institutional projects.

Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate performance.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with impact objectives.

Identify improvement areas and recommend strategic changes.

Support accreditation, rankings, and sustainability reporting efforts.

Represent the institution in external reviews, partnerships, or government bodies if required.
Qualifications & Skills:

MBA in Strategy, Operations, Social Impact, or related specialization.

2–5 years of experience in impact assessment, project management, or institutional effectiveness.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.

Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).

Exposure to education, CSR, or non-profit sectors is a plus.
