Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for student affairs in alignment with the college's mission and goals.
- Student Support Services: Oversee the delivery of comprehensive support services to meet the diverse needs of students, health services, disability accommodations, and disciplinary.
- Student Engagement and Programming: Develop and coordinate a wide range of co-curricular programs and activities that enhance student engagement, campus life and cultural enrichment. Collaborate with student organizations, clubs, to facilitate meaningful student involvement in campus life.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Lead efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the student body and across campus.
- Crisis Management and Student Advocacy: Serve as a primary point of contact for students in crisis or distress, providing support and referrals as needed. Advocate for student rights and interests within the college administration, addressing concerns and facilitating solutions to improve the student experience.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Enforce policies and procedures related to student conduct, campus safety, and student organizations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for student affairs programs and services, allocating resources effectively to support departmental goals and priorities. Identify opportunities for external funding and partnerships to enhance student programming and services.
Educational Qualification:
Any UG / PG Degree with Event management skills.
