About the Role
We are seeking a CA Inter Qualified Executive to join our finance & accounts team. The role involves managing core accounting functions, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and supporting audits while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and ERP/automation initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- CA Inter Qualified (Mandatory).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Attributes
- Exposure to corporate finance, statutory audit, or compliance.
- Experience in educational institutions / corporate groups (added advantage).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
