Job Summary:
The Executive – Admissions will be responsible for managing the end-to-end admission process, guiding prospective students throughout their application journey, and ensuring all admission-related operations are handled efficiently. This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person.

Counsel applicants on course offerings, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career prospects.

Assist in organizing admission drives, interviews, open houses, and campus tours.

Manage application processing and maintain accurate records of applicants.

Coordinate with internal departments (academics, finance, etc.) for smooth onboarding of admitted students.

Follow up with applicants at various stages of the admission cycle.

Maintain and update admission reports and databases regularly.

Provide support during admission events and marketing campaigns.

Ensure compliance with all institutional and regulatory admission policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).

1–3 years of experience in admissions or a student-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admission management systems.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Customer service orientation and problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in the education industry or academic institutions.

Familiarity with digital marketing and lead management tools.

Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
