Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to join our incubation team as a Deputy Manager - Incubation Program. In this role, you will assist in managing the incubation process, supporting startups throughout their journey, and contributing to the growth and success of early-stage entrepreneurs. You will play a key role in providing startups with resources, mentoring, and access to a broad network of investors and experts.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the incubation program life cycle, from on boarding to graduation.
Work closely with startups to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
Coordinate with mentors, investors, and industry experts to facilitate startup growth.
Organize workshops, boot camps, and mentorship sessions for incubated startups.
Monitor the progress of incubated startups and provide regular reports on their milestones.
Assist in maintaining partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and corporate entities to support the incubation program.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure startups have access to the necessary resources.
Requirements
Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in startup incubation, program management, or entrepreneurship development. Strong organizational and project management skills. Passionate about supporting early-stage startups.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and incubation support services.
