Over View of the Job:

       Civil Site Supervisor oversees and manages the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards. They coordinate and direct the activities of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and are responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.

General Roles & Responsibility:

1.    Manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring proper scheduling and allocation of resources on-site as promised by the contractor.

2.       Coordinate and direct the activities of contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors on-site.

3.       Ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards and adheres to project specifications.

4.      Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects to ensure timely completion.

5.      Monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues, taking corrective actions as necessary.

6.      Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and work logs and update the daily checklist as required.

7.      Prepare daily reports according to our prescribed format and share them on the specified platform.

8.      Stay informed about industry standards, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting construction activities, as well as advancements in construction technology, methods and materials.

9.       Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities and regulatory agencies.

10.   Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, discussing them with the project manager and proposing solutions to overcome them.

11.   Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure that project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

1.  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma Civil Engineering.

Required Skills:

 1.      Excellent leadership and communication skills.

 2.      Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and techniques.

 3.      Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

 4.      Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.

 5.      Proficiency in project management software and tools.
