Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients interested in digital marketing services.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and new areas for growth in the digital marketing industry.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies focused on acquiring new clients for SEO, SEM, social media marketing, PPC, content marketing, and other digital services.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners to expand business opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Create tailored digital marketing proposals and pitch them to prospective clients.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with digital marketing, creative, and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management on sales targets, revenue growth, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Sales & Marketing Aptitude: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market trends, campaign performance, and client needs to develop targeted business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
