Job Summary:
The Associate Professor – S&H will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in core Science and Humanities subjects, contributing to academic research, mentoring students, and supporting institutional development activities. The candidate is expected to demonstrate strong academic leadership and contribute to curriculum development and accreditation processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures for undergraduate/postgraduate programs as per curriculum requirements

Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools

Guide and mentor students in academic and research activities

Contribute to research publications in reputed journals

Apply for research grants and funded projects

Participate in curriculum design and syllabus updates

Support NBA/NAAC accreditation and other academic compliance processes

Organize seminars, workshops, FDPs, and conferences

Undertake administrative and departmental responsibilities as assigned
Eligibility Criteria:

Ph.D. in relevant discipline (Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / English / Other S&H subjects as applicable)

Minimum experience as per AICTE/University norms

Strong research background with publications in indexed journals

Good communication and presentation skills
