Role Overview:
The Associate Executive – Accreditation supports institutional accreditation processes by coordinating documentation, data management, and compliance activities related to NAAC, NBA, and other regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation and maintenance of NAAC/NBA accreditation documents

Collect, verify, and compile data from departments for accreditation requirements

Support IQAC activities and quality assurance initiatives

Maintain records, reports, and evidence as per accreditation standards

Coordinate with faculty and departments for timely submission of data

Support internal audits, inspections, and accreditation visits
-
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Update accreditation-related dashboards, MIS, and reports
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Education, or a related field

Basic knowledge of NAAC/NBA accreditation frameworks preferred

Good communication and coordination abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience:

1–3 years of experience in IQAC, accreditation, or academic administration (preferred)
