Associate Executive – Accreditation

Role Overview:

The Associate Executive – Accreditation supports institutional accreditation processes by coordinating documentation, data management, and compliance activities related to NAAC, NBA, and other regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation and maintenance of NAAC/NBA accreditation documents

  • Collect, verify, and compile data from departments for accreditation requirements

  • Support IQAC activities and quality assurance initiatives

  • Maintain records, reports, and evidence as per accreditation standards

  • Coordinate with faculty and departments for timely submission of data

  • Support internal audits, inspections, and accreditation visits

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

  • Update accreditation-related dashboards, MIS, and reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Education, or a related field

  • Basic knowledge of NAAC/NBA accreditation frameworks preferred

Skills Required:

  • Strong documentation and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good communication and coordination abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IQAC, accreditation, or academic administration (preferred)
