Job Description:
The Head of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Center will lead, manage, and oversee the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the AI Center. This leadership role involves driving research, innovation, and development in AI technologies, as well as fostering partnerships with academia, industry, and government. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with experience in leading teams, managing large-scale projects, and developing AI strategies that align with organizational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the AI Center’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Lead the center’s AI research and development efforts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, budgeting, and project management.
Drive cutting-edge AI research, encouraging experimentation and exploration of new AI technologies and applications.
Represent the AI Center at conferences, industry events, and media engagements, while building strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Establish and maintain collaborations with academic institutions, industry leaders, and government agencies.
Secure funding through grants, sponsorships, and partnerships to support the center’s research and initiatives.
Ensure all AI projects adhere to ethical standards, promoting responsible AI development.
Share research findings through publications, presentations, and engagement with the AI community to enhance the center’s visibility and impact.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related technology domains.
