We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Team Lead to oversee the student admission process, manage a team of counselors, and drive enrollment growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills to enhance the admission experience and meet institutional targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Admission & Enrollment Management
- Oversee the end-to-end admission process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
- Analyze admission trends and provide insights to improve recruitment efforts.
2. Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the admission team to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions on admission processes, communication skills, and customer service.
- Set team goals and track performance metrics.
3. Student Counseling & Relationship Management
- Guide prospective students and parents through the admission process, addressing queries and concerns.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Organize open houses, webinars, and counseling sessions to attract applicants.
4. Marketing & Outreach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute admission campaigns and promotional activities.
- Participate in education fairs, school visits, and community outreach programs.
- Leverage digital platforms and social media for student engagement.
5. Process Improvement & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to admission policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and transparency in admissions.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in CRM tools and admission management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet enrollment targets.
