The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and problem-solving skills. The trainer will work with students or professionals to prepare them for competitive exams, campus placements, or corporate assessments. This role requires strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage learners through interactive training techniques. Responsibilities: Conduct Training Sessions: Plan and deliver training programs on aptitude topics, including quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, verbal ability, and analytical reasoning. Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, practice tests, and study resources aligned with the latest trends in aptitude tests and competitive exams. Assess Learner Progress: Create and administer mock tests, quizzes, and other assessment tools to evaluate learners' progress and provide feedback for improvement. Personalized Guidance: Offer one-on-one mentoring and support to learners, addressing individual challenges and helping them develop effective strategies for problem-solving. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with changes in competitive exams, placement tests, and other aptitude-based assessments to ensure training programs are relevant and effective. Collaborate with Teams: Work with other trainers, course coordinators, and management to ensure that training goals are met and the overall learning experience is enhanced. Report and Feedback: Track and report on the performance of learners, providing detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement. Soft Skills Integration: If required, integrate communication and soft skills training into the aptitude training program to enhance overall learner employability.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field Proven experience as an Aptitude Trainer or in a similar role. Job Location : Eachanari, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu
