Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and dedicated Early Years Teachers to join our Cambridge Early Years Programme. The role requires nurturing young learners (ages 3–6), creating a stimulating learning environment, and delivering the curriculum with creativity and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver lessons in line with the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum framework.
Create engaging, age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences.
Foster the holistic development of children in areas such as communication, problem-solving, creativity, and social skills.
Assess and track student progress through observations, portfolios, and reports.
Collaborate with other teachers, coordinators, and parents to support student growth.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Participate in school events, training sessions, and continuous professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Child Development / Education (mandatory).
Cambridge Early Years Programme Certification (preferred) or willingness to undergo training.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Early Years / Kindergarten teaching.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Passion for working with young children and fostering a love for learning.
