As the Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for the entire program life cycle, from idealisation and planning to implementation and evaluation. You will also be instrumental in fostering a vibrant startup ecosystem by hosting engaging events and workshops.
Responsibilities
Program Management:
Develop and manage impact programs that empower sustainable startups, focusing on areas like water, energy, consumption, climate, and biodiversity.
Lead the program life cycle, from idealisation and planning to implementation and evaluation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mentors, advisers, industry experts) to ensure smooth program execution.
Track program progress, measure key metrics, and generate insightful reports.
Continuously improve program offerings based on data and feedback.
Event Management:
Curate engaging events (workshops, conferences, webinars) related to sustainability and social entrepreneurship.
Identify and collaborate with potential speakers from the sustainability and innovation sectors.
Manage logistics and ensure seamless event execution for a thriving startup ecosystem.
Promote events through various channels to maximise reach and participation
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the sustainability or innovation space.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs that achieve desired outcomes.
Excellent project management, organisational, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of the startup landscape.
Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
