Job Description:
The Internal Auditor (Asset Auditing) is responsible for verifying, tracking, and safeguarding organizational assets through regular audits and physical inspections. The role ensures accurate asset records, compliance with internal policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements. The auditor reconciles fixed asset registers with physical assets, investigates discrepancies, and recommends corrective actions. They assess asset utilization, depreciation accuracy, and risk exposure, while supporting process improvements to strengthen internal controls and prevent asset misappropriation.
