We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on hiring qualified staff for our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Identify and attract suitable candidates for various academic and non-academic roles
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Prior experience in staff hiring (educational sector preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently

Salary:
Starting from ₹15,000 CTC (Salary will vary based on experience and expertise)
