Qualification Ph.D. / PG with 55% of marks and NET / SET in the respective discipline Excellent Communication, leadership, interpersonal, computational, organizational skills. Expectations The applicant should have expertise framing syllabus / industry exposure / and strong subject knowledge to contribute to the development of the department Strong track record of research and publication in the respective field. Responsibilities · Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the respective discipline. · Conduct research in areas related to your subject and publish quality papers in UGC CARE LIST/ Scopus journals · Supervise graduate students and undergraduate research projects. · Submit proposals for get grants for research project. · To train the students to participate in Hackathons/ technical events. · Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in the assigned courses. · Employ innovative teaching methodologies to engage and inspire students in active learning and critical thinking. · Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students, including advising on research projects, coursework, and career development. · Assist in curriculum development, review and evaluation to ensure alignment with the latest educational standards and practices. · Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned. · Contribute to accreditation processes and quality improvement efforts within the department and college.
