Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Deputy Manager – Admissions to support and lead the admissions team in achieving student enrollment targets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring the admission process while ensuring a smooth experience for prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the admissions team.

Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to meet admission goals.

Handle student queries, counseling, application tracking, and conversion.

Conduct outreach activities including school/college visits, education fairs, and webinars.

Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning and lead generation.

Monitor application pipelines and provide regular reports to management.

Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory admission policies.

Train and mentor admission counselors to improve efficiency and performance.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).

3–6 years of experience in admissions or student recruitment.

Strong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills.

Experience with CRM/admissions software and data reporting.

Ability to manage teams and work in a target-driven environment.

Knowledge of education industry trends and student behavior.
