The Assistant Professor – MBA will be responsible for teaching postgraduate management courses, guiding students in research and projects, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in academic and professional development activities. The role requires expertise in core management areas along with a commitment to high-quality teaching, research, and institutional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching & Learning
Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials for MBA students in specialized areas such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and related disciplines.
Develop innovative teaching methodologies and use modern pedagogical tools.
Evaluate and assess student performance through examinations, projects, presentations, and research work.
Research & Publications
Conduct research in relevant areas of management and publish in reputed journals.
Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and case studies.
Participate in academic conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs.
Curriculum Development
Assist in designing, reviewing, and updating the MBA curriculum to meet industry and academic standards.
Integrate case studies, simulations, and real-world applications into teaching modules.
Student Mentorship & Support
Provide academic counseling, career guidance, and mentorship to MBA students.
Encourage participation in management events, competitions, and industry interactions.
Institutional Contribution
Actively participate in departmental meetings, committees, and institutional development activities.
Collaborate with industry experts for guest lectures, internships, and placement support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
MBA (Full-time) / Master’s in Management with specialization in relevant discipline.
Ph.D. (preferred / as per UGC/AICTE norms).
Experience: No Freshers only experienced candidate we prefer
Fresh Ph.D. holders or candidates with teaching/research/industry experience in relevant areas.
Candidates with publications in peer-reviewed journals will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong subject knowledge in management and related fields.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Research orientation with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to use ICT tools and online learning platforms effectively.
