Job Description:
Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate with government departments, local bodies, educational boards, municipal authorities, and development agencies to obtain necessary approvals, NOCs, licenses, and compliance certificates across sectors.
Documentation & Filing: Prepare, maintain, and submit required documentation for building permits, land records, affiliation processes (for educational institutions), environmental clearances, and other statutory approvals.
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the point of contact between the organization and regulatory officials, contractors, educational authorities, legal advisors, and real estate partners to ensure timely progress of projects.
Site Visits & Inspections: Organize and support site inspections by government officials or third parties; ensure all pre-inspection requirements are fulfilled and documentation is in order.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track the status of pending applications and compliance matters; provide regular updates to management with risk assessments and recommended actions for follow-up
