We are seeking a knowledgeable and energetic Aptitude Trainer to conduct training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and verbal ability. The trainer will be responsible for preparing students or trainees for competitive exams, campus placements, and skill assessments by delivering effective teaching, practice sessions, and performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery

Conduct classroom and online training sessions on:

Verbal Ability (optional, based on role)

Teach problem-solving strategies, shortcut methods, and time-saving techniques.

Facilitate practice sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and mock tests.
Content & Curriculum Development

Develop training material, worksheets, presentations, and test papers.

Update content regularly based on exam trends and difficulty levels.

Curate or design question banks for various difficulty levels.
Assessment & Evaluation
-
Conduct assessments, quizzes, and mock tests to track trainee performance.

Analyze test results and provide personalized feedback.

Identify weak areas and plan remedial sessions.
Classroom Management & Engagement

Maintain a positive learning atmosphere and engage participants effectively.

Encourage students to improve speed, accuracy, and critical thinking.

Motivate learners to stay consistent with practice and improvement.
Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with the academic team to plan schedules and batches.

Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.

Provide inputs to management for continuous improvement in training quality.
Skills & Qualifications
Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Commerce, or related fields.

Master's degree or teaching certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
-
1–5 years of experience as an Aptitude Trainer in training institutes, colleges, or corporate environments.

Experience preparing candidates for competitive exams or campus recruitment drives is an added advantage.
Technical Skills

Strong command over quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation.

Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured manner.

Proficiency in training tools, digital platforms, and online teaching methods.
