- A Ph.D. degree in any discipline (including engineering) from a reputed Institutions/ Universities
- A good academic track record with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in Master’s degree
Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT/ Training sector

Skilling Ecosystem: A deep knowledge of National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) or competency-based education, and assessment models
Curriculum Design & Pedagogy: Proven experience in developing industry-relevant, outcome-oriented curricula for diverse learner groups. Familiarity with modern pedagogical methods like blended learning, experiential learning, and simulation-based training.
Industry-Academia Linkage: A strong track record of building and sustaining groups with training skills
o Technology Integration: Knowledge of EdTech tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital platforms for skilling and implementation tracking
