Job Title: Placement Training Head

Role Overview

The Placement Training Head is responsible for preparing students for campus placements by designing and delivering training programs that enhance employability skills, technical knowledge, and interview readiness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee placement training programs for students
  • Conduct training sessions on:
    • Aptitude (Quantitative, Logical, Verbal)
    • Soft skills (Communication, teamwork, leadership)
    • Resume building and interview techniques
  • Coordinate with the Placement Cell to understand company requirements
  • Analyze student performance and provide personalized guidance
  • Arrange mock interviews, group discussions, and assessments
  • Invite industry experts for workshops and seminars
  • Track placement statistics and prepare reports
  • Ensure students meet eligibility criteria for campus drives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferred in HR, Management, or relevant field)
  • Experience in training, teaching, or placement-related activities
  • Certification in soft skills or aptitude training (optional but preferred)

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in training / placement / HR roles
  • Prior experience in educational institutions is an added advantage
