Job Purpose

To plan, implement, and oversee quality assurance and enhancement initiatives in alignment with NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) guidelines, ensuring continuous improvement in academic and administrative performance of the institution.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Planning & Implementation

    • Develop and execute the IQAC annual quality assurance plan.

    • Coordinate preparation of the AQAR (Annual Quality Assurance Report) and other NAAC-related documentation.

  2. Quality Monitoring

    • Ensure the implementation of quality benchmarks for academic and administrative activities.

    • Monitor teaching-learning processes and institutional support services.

  3. Data Management & Reporting

    • Maintain institutional data for accreditation and audit purposes.

    • Facilitate the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance indicators.

  4. Capacity Building

    • Organize training programs, workshops, and seminars on quality enhancement.

    • Encourage faculty and staff participation in professional development initiatives.

  5. Stakeholder Coordination

    • Serve as a liaison between management, faculty, students, alumni, and external agencies on quality-related matters.

    • Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders for institutional improvement.

  6. Compliance & Accreditation

    • Ensure compliance with NAAC standards and other regulatory requirements.

    • Assist in preparing the Self Study Report (SSR) for accreditation cycles.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Master’s degree (M.E/MBA) in Any Discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in academia or quality assurance roles.

  • Skills:

    • Strong documentation and report-writing skills

    • Knowledge of NAAC / NBA accreditation processes

    • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

    • Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools
