Field Officer

  • Source blue-collar and labour category candidates through field visits, local networks, job fairs, consultants, and referrals.
  • Conduct field recruitment drives in villages, towns, industrial areas, and training institutes.
  • Screen candidates based on job requirements and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain a continuous pipeline of skilled and unskilled manpower.
  • Coordinate with contractors, labour suppliers, and placement agencies for manpower sourcing.
  • Verify candidate documents and assist in the onboarding process.
  • Ensure timely mobilization and joining of selected candidates.
  • Maintain daily field activity reports, recruitment trackers, and candidate databases.
  • Build strong relationships with local communities, government employment offices, NGOs, and skill development centers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand manpower requirements and fulfill them within the required timelines.
  • Resolve candidate queries related to employment, joining formalities, and accommodation (if applicable).
  • Travel extensively to various locations for recruitment and mobilization activities.
