- Provide day-to-day functional support to ERP users across different departments.
- Assist end users with ERP-related queries, navigation, transactions, and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify, document, and coordinate resolution of ERP issues with the IT team or ERP service provider.
- Maintain and update master data, user records, and other ERP-related information accurately.
- Support data entry, validation, verification, and data-cleaning activities within the ERP system.
- Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand ERP-related requirements and process gaps.
- Prepare and maintain ERP-related reports, documentation, user guides, and issue logs.
- Assist in user training and provide basic guidance on ERP processes and system usage.
- Monitor pending ERP issues and follow up with relevant teams until closure.
- Support integration of ERP processes with other digital systems wherever required.
- Assist with system testing during ERP upgrades, modifications, and new module implementations.
- Ensure data confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with organizational procedures.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint as required.
