Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced management professional who is passionate about the teaching and learning process. The Director – MBA Program will be responsible for leading academic and administrative functions, strengthening industry connections, and enhancing placement outcomes. Candidates with strong industrial exposure will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership
• Provide strategic direction for the MBA program in alignment with institutional goals
• Ensure high-quality teaching, curriculum development, and continuous academic improvement
• Promote innovative teaching methodologies and experiential learning
Administration
• Oversee day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the MBA department
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation
Industry Relations & Corporate Engagement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners
• Establish industrial tie-ups for internships, live projects, guest lectures, and collaborations
• Facilitate corporate interactions to bridge the gap between academia and industry
Placements & Career Development
• Lead placement activities and ensure strong career opportunities for students
• Collaborate with corporate organizations to enhance recruitment outcomes
• Guide students in career planning, skill development, and employability.
Qualifications & Experience
• Ph.D. Or MBA (or equivalent) in Management from a recognized institution. ( Doctoral Degree not mandatory )
• Minimum 10 years of experience in academic/ Industrial with leadership exposure preferred.
• Strong industry background will be highly advantageous
• Proven track record in academic administration and corporate relations
