- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the campus, offices, hostels, and other facilities.
- Perform real-time surveillance and immediately report suspicious activities, security breaches, or emergencies.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, networking devices, and related equipment.
- Conduct periodic inspections to ensure all surveillance systems are functioning properly.
- Maintain CCTV recording backups and ensure proper storage and retrieval of footage when required.
- Coordinate with the Security and IT teams for system upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly surveillance reports.
- Prepare incident reports with relevant CCTV evidence whenever required.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of surveillance footage.
- Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and equipment inventory.
- Support investigations by retrieving and sharing CCTV footage with authorized personnel.
