Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Academic Instruction

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in areas such as Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, or International Business.

Develop and update curriculum to reflect current business trends and industry practices.

Supervise MBA projects, theses, dissertations, and capstone assignments.

Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.

Integrate experiential learning, case studies, and industry engagement into teaching.
2. Research & Scholarly Activities

Conduct high-quality research in management or related disciplines.

Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at national/international conferences.

Seek external research grants and industry-funded projects (as applicable).

Contribute to the academic reputation of the department and institution.
3. Service & Leadership
-
Participate in departmental, faculty, and university committees.

Contribute to accreditation processes (e.g., AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA where applicable).

Assist in program development and strategic planning initiatives.

Engage with industry partners and professional organizations.

Provide academic leadership and mentor junior faculty.
Required Qualifications

Ph.D. or DBA in Management or closely related field.

Strong record of scholarly publications.

Demonstrated excellence in university-level teaching.

Experience supervising graduate students.

Evidence of academic service and leadership contributions.
Preferred Qualifications

Specialization in high-demand areas such as Digital Transformation, Sustainability, Innovation Management, HR Analytics, or Global Strategy.
