Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Curriculum Development

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Computer Science (e.g., algorithms, data structures, AI, cybersecurity, software engineering, data science).

Develop and update course materials to reflect emerging technologies and industry trends.

Supervise graduate theses, dissertations, and independent research projects.

Mentor students and provide academic advising.
2. Research & Scholarship

Conduct original, high-impact research in a specialized area of computer science.

Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.

Secure external research funding through grants and industry partnerships.

Present research findings at national and international conferences.
3. Service & Leadership

Serve on departmental, college, and university committees.

Participate in accreditation and program assessment activities.

Contribute to strategic planning and curriculum development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in Computer Science or closely related field.

Established record of scholarly publications.

Demonstrated excellence in university-level teaching.
