The Assistant Professor in VFX will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate students in the field of visual effects, animation, and digital media. The role involves delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in research or creative practice within the VFX domain.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach courses related to VFX, including:
- Compositing
- Motion graphics
- 3D modeling and animation
- Digital compositing software (e.g., Nuke, After Effects)
- CGI and post-production techniques
- Develop and update curriculum aligned with industry standards and emerging technologies
- Guide student projects, portfolios, and showreels
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and guest lectures on VFX tools and trends
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical projects
- Engage in research, publications, or creative production in VFX/animation
- Collaborate with industry professionals and institutions for internships and placements
- Participate in departmental and institutional activities
Required Qualifications:
